Full Journal pdf2018-02-28 House Journal Page 2575 HB 307 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 26 calendar (page 2552), was read the third time: 2018-02-28 House Journal Page 2576 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 307(JUD) "An Act requiring a person who commits certain offenses under the code of military justice to register as a sex offender or child kidnapper; relating to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; relating to contracts made by servicemembers; relating to nonjudicial punishment of members of the organized militia; relating to offenses subject to court-martial proceedings; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSHB 307(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 307(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
